Commission Process:
The commission process includes: inquiry, payment, sketch approval, finalization (delivery through email or Discord).
The reason why I deliver through email is because most social platforms crunches and completely destroys the image.

Prices for character art commissions are outlined on commission page. Payment is due [before commission or a 50/50 split - before and after] the commencement of the commission. Payments are accepted via [Stripe or E-Transfer (if Canadian)].
If you have any additional request, it will cost more, eg: additional character, specific details, specific background, extra revisions. Please contact me to let me know!Refund Policy:
Refunds will only be considered if: It is during the sketch process and you are not satisfied or the commission is not started.
You cannot get a refund if: It is after the sketch process, the lineart, coloring (completed) and it has already been approved. You cannot get a refund if I'm done the commission and you approved it.Timeline and Delivery:
The estimated turnaround time for character art commissions is 1-2 weeks to a month.
Final artwork will be delivered as a high-resolution digital file via email/download link
I will inform you of any obstacles that have popped up in my life that will cause set-backs in the estimated time delivery and will not leave you out in the dark.Rights and Usage:
The artist retains the right to display the commissioned artwork in their portfolio and promotional materials. The client may use the artwork for personal purposes only. Commercial use requires additional negotiation and compensation.
Whenever the client uses the artwork, they have to credit me as the artist who made the piece.
Clients cannot use my art in NFTs, or anything AI related.Revisions:
The commission includes 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may be subject to a fee of $3 CAD/$2.22 USD per revision.Communication:
Communication regarding the commission will primarily take place via
Email/Twitter/Instagram. Response times are typically within 1-3 business days.Cancellation Policy:
Clients may request to cancel the commission before work has commenced, but a non-refundable fee of 10% will be retained. The artist reserves the right to cancel and refund the commission at any time for reasons such as unforeseen circumstances or violation of terms.
E.g: If you order a “Full Body” from me, which is $55 CAD/$40 USD, the fee would be
$5.50 CAD/$4.04 USDLegal Disclaimer:
The artist retains the copyright to all commissioned artwork. The client is purchasing the right to use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Whenever the client uses the artwork, they must credit me as the artist who made the piece.Dispute Resolution:
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may seek mediation. Legal action will only be pursued if all other avenues are exhausted.
